If you have selected the Cash on Delivery payment method, no area is considered as "inaccessible" by Geniki Taxydromiki.

  • Delivery charges
    Total shipping cost may vary due to:
    1. Order weight (real of volumetric)
    2. Shipping method (courier or post office)
    At the final step of the order process (Order Summary), there is a list of all available payment and shipping methods. You can choose and select which combination of speed and cost suits you best, just before you make the final confirmation of an order. If the package weight exceeds 25 kgs, delivery cost will not be calculated and we must make contact to arrange about the shipping.

    We are delivering items evereywhere, within the Greek territory.

  • Estimated delivery time
    The total delivery time of the order depends on the delivery method you have chosen. You may watch you order's progress by tracing it in your account or by using the track and trace service of the courier (where available), if it has already been dispatched. A link for this service and a tracing code (voucher) will be sent to you, along with the dispatch confirming e-mail.
    Orders are usually dispatch on the same day, if they have been placed before 14:30 (Monday to Friday). On Saturdays, the orders must be placed before 11:00am using ELTA Courier as a carrier, in order to be dispatched on the same day, otherwise they will be sent on next Monday. Estimated delivery delay is 1-2 working days for most destinations.

  • Possible delay reasons
    1. Mislabeled products availability
      This is a very rare case, since we are making regular checks for product availabilities, but there is a slight possibility that a product's stock is not correctly updated at the time you place your order. In this case, we will contact you to settle an arrangement.
    2. Ordering an unavailable product
      In case you wish to order a product labelled "Out of stock" you must inform us about it by e-mail, since you are not able to order unavailable products using the shopping cart. In this case, we will contact you to let you know when and if dispatching will be possible for the specific product.
    3. Delay due to unexpected events
      Although we try hard to serve you on time, the final delivery is made by third part services. Thus, a delay may occur due to events like work strikes etc. In this case, we will contact you to inform you and to try to find the best possible solution.
